Shipping & Policy

SHIPPING:

All slimes are made to order, therefore processing may take up to 3 business days (not including holidays and weekends). Processing time means crafting and preparing your order to be dropped off for shipping. Once your order has been processed, shipping may take 5-10 business days. 

Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Please double check your address prior to submitting your order. A Slime Frenzy is not responsible for any delay or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If your package happens to be returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged additional shipping fees to ship again.

Once your order has been handed over to USPS for shipping, any mishandling, lost or stolen package is no longer the responsibility of A Slime Frenzy.

POLICY:

All sales are FINAL and NO refunds/exchanges or cancellations can be issued due to the handmade nature of slimes. 

If there is an issue with your order, please click on the Contact tab. Include your full name, order number and concern in the message or you may email [email protected]. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response.
